Joie Over The Knee Boots
I dedicate this page to Esther and Tristan who read my lap when they were little. I dedicate it also Robinson also keep hoping one day in my arms. This page is for little princes and princesses for little they discover their poem in this fine mess. But also to Papa, Mama, to the mistress or master. Give a poem to a child, bring him in a country that opens up the dream of life. Give a poem to a child, share the love but also teach him the necessary imagination. Here are the first pieces. Others will follow soon, perhaps with the cooperation of all (see end of page). Now you can send us poems that affect you and affect children without falling into sentimentality. Although we have left some "classic", we would like first of all, this page is a page of discovery. I've already talked at length of the debate raging in the United States (not here, it was two to three years behind on average . . . ) between the supporters of an absolute classic in terms of running shoes - the heel cushioning , cushioned heel! - And the proponents of a new approach, more in tune with the deep and intrinsic morphology of the human being - the barefoot, minimalism. A new quarrel between ancients and moderns in a way, except I do not know which one and who are the others. Defenders and destroyers of both theories weigh their arguments in terms of scientific diverse and varied but unfortunately still incomplete to be 100% satisfactory. One argument that comes up most often currently seems to be the number of injuries caused by traditional shoes - tendonitis, joie over the knee boots problems, iliotibial band injuries etc etc etc . . . that running barefoot or minimalist (like feet naked but not quite) would be able to eradicate. Real injuries that lead off for the moment not. For cons, I felt pain in the knees and the arch of the foot with a certain pair (well, mostly a nuisance that does not prevent me from running). Trying another shoe, I have had this problem. Also, at the beginning I was running, a salesman advised me to take pronatrices shoes. So I took, but for a while (3-4 years) I am running in neutral and not a problem. So is it really useful?. In my case, I have a pinching of the vertebral disc L5-S1 which results when I run with running shoes shooting pains in the hips, back. I consulted: podiatrist, general practitioner (who made me do a scan of the back), physio who advised me to abandonenr running, etc. . . . . .
